1. Phone Counselling

The counseling session would be primarily in the form of a audio phone call. So, the student should ensure a network connectivity for a smooth and hassle-free session.
In case there is network issue on either side(Mentor or Student), the phone call will be rescheduled. This decision will be at Mentor’s discretion only.
In case of any emergency at the student’s end before his/her session is scheduled, he is obligated to notify the mentor on the emergency contact number mentioned in the confirmation email, atleast 3 hours before the session commences. The session will be rescheduled by the mentor within the span of 15 days at her convenience looking at the schedule. The student stands only one chance of getting the appointment rescheduled. If he fails to grab the same, the session stands cancelled and no refund would be issued. In case of no-show by the student at the time of appointment without prior notice, the session stands cancelled and no refund would be issued.
In case of any emergency at the mentor’s end, the student will be notified the same over call. The student then can either opt to get the appointment rescheduled at the convenience of both the parties within the span of 15 days or can claim the refund.
The mentor holds the right to terminate the audio session immediately in case of use of any Abusive/Abrasive/Pornographic words or language or visual content.The session would then be treated as completed and no refund will be issued.Also a legal action will be taken against such students.

Every opinion given by the mentor is based on her personal experiences and knowledge and it is completely at the student’s disposal to analyse and if they find it conducive only then, they should, implement the opinions/suggestions given by the mentor in the best manner suitable to him/her. The impact/consequence will be only students responsibility and liability.
The appointment once booked, can not be cancelled at the student’s end.

2. Email counselling

Counselling session will be over email.

The student will submit his her query over email And attach the payment screenshot.

once his request is submitted, we will revert back with a detailed message/plan within a 4-5 days over email.

Issues regarding time table,study plan,both group or single group or anything the student wishes to get a hang of will be addressed here.
